How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we accept payments to our Bank Of America account by wire or you may send us a check. Wire payments are our preferred method of payment. Checks are subject to a clearance time of 10 business days after we bank them. We also accept Google Checkout.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery Charges for clients in The United States:
Delivery along with transportation insurance is free of charge on all orders above $1,000. If your order is below $1,000 shipping is $19.95.
Delivery Charges for international clients outside of The United States:
Delivery along with transportation insurance is free
of charge on all orders above $5,000. If your order is below $5,000
shipping is $59.95.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver most domestic orders within five working days of receiving cleared funds. If an item is out of stock, it may take up to 21 working days to deliver. Please contact us prior to placing an order if an item is required urgently.
International orders take anywhere from 7- 21 business days to reach you depending upon your location.
Are there any additional fees associated with my order?
No. There is no commission nor additional fees associated with any purchase from us.
How do I open an account?
You do not need an account in order to order from us. You can simply place your order online. We require clients to register with a username and password. This will allow you to track your shipments, and view your order history.
How are your products priced?
We apply a very low percentage (from 1.5%) above the market spot price of the underlying metal content. Market data is provided by Xignite Inc (a leading exchange data service provider).
Do I need to pay Sales tax on my Bullion order?
No sales tax applies to bullion sales.
How do you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped using certified mail or UPS, and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as it is available. Goods in transit are insured through Lloyds of London. It is up to the client to ensure that they are available for the delivery. A signature is always required at the delivery address.
Are my transactions reported to anyone?
No. There are currently no reporting requirements in place for the purchase of bullion.
What are your business hours?
You may place orders through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may order by phone or online. Our customer service department is open Monday to Friday, from 10am till 4pm.
Can I purchase or collect from you at your offices?
No, all goods are shipped directly from our depository in Delaware. We do not charge for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship all of our products World Wide. We use USPS International Mail. All shipments are insured through Lloyds of London.
What happens if I decide to cancel my order?
When you place your order online, you are agreeing to pay for the items you’ve selected at the current market prices, which are updated every 10 minutes. This is in essence a signed contract. Cancellations where the customer has paid already will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If you place an order and do not pay, you may be blocked from placing further orders on our site.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns, however, we have a buy back option whereby customers can resell items to us for at least 99.5% of the underlying market spot price.
Do you buy bullion?
Yes we will purchase all types of bullion ingots and coins at the you may wish to sell at very attractive rates. Please contact us if you are interested in selling your bullion.
