Who we are

This website is operated by AU Trading LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Delaware file number 4899941), 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("AU Trading", "we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact privacy@autrading.us.

What we collect

Account and order details: your username, name, email address, phone number and delivery address, the products you buy, the prices you lock and your order history.

Payment details: the amount, date and reference of your wire transfer or ACH payment, and the name, bank and account number of the account it came from, as shown on our bank statement. We never ask for your online banking passwords or card details.

Identity verification: where the law or our anti-money-laundering program requires it, a copy of your government-issued photo ID, proof of address, information on the source of your funds and a signed declaration.

Security data: the time, device and network (IP) address of each sign-in and account change, which we use to protect your account and alert you to changes.

Technical data: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs for security.

Preferences stored in your own browser: your cart and color scheme. These stay on your device.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order; to match your payment to your order; to meet our legal obligations, including those under anti-money-laundering and tax law and our accounting records; to prevent fraud; to keep the website and your account secure; to answer your questions; and, if you have agreed, to send you updates.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: our bank, our couriers and insurers, our accountants and IT and hosting providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Order, payment and identity records are kept for at least five years after the end of our business relationship, as anti-money-laundering, tax and accounting laws require. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your state privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live (for example California and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information, but you can still contact us about it. Some records must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them.

To make a request, email privacy@autrading.us. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, we will explain why and, where your state's law provides for it, how you can appeal.

Security

Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, identity documents are encrypted, and every sign-in and change to your details is emailed to you. No system is completely secure, so please contact us at once if you think your account or order has been compromised.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We sell only to adults.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and we will tell you by email about any significant change.
